Process
Equipment & Controls, Inc. is
your source for valves, valve actuation, pressure relief
devices and other related accessories as well as services
required by the diverse process industries. These
market segments include, refining, chemical, food &
beverage, agriculture processing, ethanol, steel, pipeline,
power, paper, water, waste water and mining.
Our local
area of service includes Missouri, Central & Southern
Illinois and the Western portions of Kentucky. An
office in Kansas City services Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska
and Iowa.
The company
was established by Andy Goldberg & Jack McDonald in
1982. Their product offering quickly became one that
specialized in high quality & designs that extended
production times by lowering downtime due to maintenance
issues. Economy through performance.
In 2001 the
assets were acquired by Tyco Valves and Controls and served
as the lower Midwest sales, service & distribution
center for the next eight years, including the expansion
into the Kansas City region. In June of 2009 Tyco
closed the Saint Louis operation. This change opened
the door for the reactivation of Process Equipment &
Controls to pick up where it left off in providing process
solutions & services with a strong focus on customer
service.

Equipment & Controls, Inc. (PEC) has a simple mission:
provide a supplier option to our industrial customer base
that makes their operation more efficient and
profitable. We accomplish with a solutions based sales
approach, working with strong manufacturing/supplier
partners, listening to the needs of our customers, and
reacting swiftly to meet their requirements.
